Dana Majewski
Camp Director
Brian is originally from the small island of Guam way out in the Pacific. He started his career as a Football and Wrestling coach and high school History teacher in California. He later moved into outdoor and environmental education while working summers at camps throughout the country. When Brian isn’t at camp, you can find him in the outdoors preferably near a beach or the water. It should not come as a surprise that his favorite camp activity is the river trip.

Victoria Benyo
Director of Programs
Dana joined the Nejeda team in 2023 as the Assistant Director. She grew up as a Girl Scout, attending Camp Hoover (right around the corner from Nejeda!) and has worked in a bunch of different roles at various camps over the years. With a mix of teaching and camp experience, Dana loves creating a fun and supportive environment for all campers. Camp life has always been a big part of who Dana is, and she loves that she gets to share that with others. When Dana isn’t at camp, you can find her gardening or crafting. Her favorite camp activity is tie dyeing.
Victoria has been part of Camp Nejeda since 1996. Starting as a camper and attending each summer, she progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Counselor. Her passion for working with children is evident in her previous roles coaching gymnastics, facilitating an after school program, and directing an early childhood learning center. With a Master's Degree in Child Development specializing in Administration, Victoria brings a lot of knowledge and experience to her role at Nejeda. When she's not immersed in the joys of camp, she enjoys exploring her newest hobby of calligraphy. Her favorite camp activity, however, remains as Dutch Auction.
